wandered off track at Susan Elizabeth Phillips website this week. So much to explore there! So many yummy recipes to try. I found directions for making oatmeal overnight in the crock pot and tried it last night with 1/2 oats and 1/2 brown rice. Shockingly it worked! I woke up to oatmeal without having to work for it. I must confess I skip breakfast because I'm lactose intolerant and the remaining breakfast options take too long to make and require dirtying too many dishes. I love this overnight oatmeal. But I digress. I haven't read a single thing by SEP yet, though I've heard lots of good stuff about her. I'm thinking this week I'll take a trip to the local used bookstore where half the store is all romance, and see what I can find. I think I've heard SEP's contemporaries are better than her historicals? C'est vrai? Got an SEP favourite?
